Imam Khomeini Port Oil Terminal Project – Mahshahr
An Oil Terminal with 60,000 ton capacity and a pipeline in a common corridor for Intake/Outtake of other Terminals in the area and two and 42,000 ton jetties were constructed.
This facilities is constructed in 8 hectare land as an Oil Terminal including two jetties with 8 suitable Loading Arms and a storage tank with 12 light oil storage tank and 12 heavy oil storage tank, each of 2500m^3 capacity and a 400 m^3⁄hr light oil transportation pipeline to/from loading arms and 800( m^3)⁄hr heavy oil transportation pipeline.
Grain Stores Project- Nowshahr
Four (21,000m^2) stores were constructed in a 23,800m^2 land for storing up to100,000 ton of grains.
Construction was finished in May 2016 after 18 month and are operational since then.
The total investment was 6 million USD.
Rajaee Port Project
The construction has been started since April 2015, under a BOT contract between Sina Marian & Port Company and Rajaee Port Organization. The terminal final capacity would be 150,000 TEU per year.
The project physical progress is above 55% and is planned to finish by the end of this year. (Phases 1 & 2 are already under operation by Sina).
All machineries for operation are already purchased.
The total investment would be 20 million USD.
Quay and Container Terminal in Negin island Bushehr
The project has been started since June 2016 for the construction of 600m quays (Two, 300m in two phases) for container carriers of 50,000 tons (14m draft) and 47 hectares of hinterland (15 hectares in the first phase). The terminal final capacity would be 150,000 TEU per year.
As the quay is being constructed inland and then the 30-meter land to the harbor is to be dredged, a special quay was designed; a suspended deck structure with continuous intertwined steel/concrete piles.
Also, the apron and hinterland area machinery are to be specified, purchased and installed.
The project is to be finished in 2 years and a 50 million USD investment is to be done by Sina Port and Marine Company in a BOT contract, with the Port Organization.
